I have never suffered much from body image issues until i lost 15 pounds of muscle from Dec '15-June '16 due to drastic diet changes, malnutrition, lack of physical work, over dedicating myself to helping others heal, and a mindstate of weakness and dependency.
This was quite troubling and confusing, i felt powerless against my flesh withering away, the weight of human existence was stripping me of my ability to exist how I want...but the medicine said I know what I am doing with you, trust, and choose to love yourself no matter what
